The information gathered on this website is for the sole purpose of ensuring transactions and management of the Runner’s Camp. At no time is financial information stored on this website directly, and all transactions are securely processed according to PCI compliance through our third-party vendor Stripe. Email addresses and other personal information are used solely for direct communication and future announcements from Runner’s Camp International. At no time is information shared or sold to any outside party. 

Refunds 

Registration refunds will be granted between registration date and June 1, 2026, less a $5 refund fee to cover Runner’s Camp processing fees.

If you need a refund between registration and June 1, 2026, please send an email to Rob Craig at robcraig@runnerscamp.org, and a refund will be issued to the credit card used for registration.

Discounts or Scholarships

Runner’s Camp does provide discounted registrations and scholarships to those who have a genuine need.  Those who have a financial hardship and would like to scholarship, should contact Rob Craig at robcraig@runnerscamp.org to apply for a scholarship.
