The information gathered on this website is for the sole purpose of ensuring transactions and management of the Runner’s Camp. At no time is financial information stored on this website directly and all transactions are securely processed according to PCI compliance through our third party vendor Stripe. Email addresses and other personal information is used solely for the purpose of direct communication and future announcements from Runner’s Camp International. At no time is information shared or sold to any outside party.
Refunds
We offer refunds less a 15.00 administration fee for each camper up to June 1 of the current year. We cannot offer refunds after this date nor can we refund t-shirt costs.
To be eligible for a return, you must submit your request to info@runnerscamp.org. Your refund will be processed and confirmed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. It can take up to 72 hours for refunds to post to your credit card or bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@runnerscamp.org.
Discounted or Scholarship Purchases
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
